How to Access

Who is eligible?

Active Sacred Heart University faculty and staff.  For temporary Graduate Assistant access, submit a ticket through the BOB portal.

Where and how do I access it?

Link to the original site: SHU eBuy (limited availability).  Link to the NEW SHU eBuy portal, effective July 1, 2026: New SHU eBuy

Sign in with single sign-on, using your SHU network username and password.

How do I get support?

To get support for SHU eBuy login access, please first contact the IT Service Desk to troubleshoot account issues. If the issue is related to use of the SHU eBuy application, please submit your request through the Business Office BOB ticket portal.
