Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform that enables teams to communicate, collaborate, and share files in real-time. It is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools and is commonly used for document sharing and collaboration.

How to Access

Who is eligible?

Microsoft Teams is available to all active users with a Microsoft 365 license assigned to their SHU email. 

How do I access it?

Microsoft Teams can be accessed by installing the application from the app catalog, or selecting the application from the Microsoft 365 application.

• Visit Microsoft Office 365 Portal
• Enter your SHU email and password
• Approve the sign in request with the multi factor authentication set up
• Click the waffle on the top left of the window
• If the Teams app is not visible, use the search bar to find it
