Who is eligible?

All Sacred Heart University members have the ability to login using their SHU credentials and submit a form. 

Where and how do I access it?

Using Sacred Heart University email and password, internal SHU users can access the SHUMFT website. If a user does not have a SHU account and needs to submit a form, they have the ability to enter the following to submit: 

• First Name
• Last Name
• E-mail Address
