3Play Media is a company that provides services related to media accessibility, including captioning, transcription, audio description, and translation. Their captioning services involve creating text versions of spoken content in videos, which can be displayed on screen to assist viewers. 

Procedure

1. Schedule your meeting in Zoom as normal.
2. Contact the Office of Student Accessibility to request professional captioning for your meeting. 

Steps for Office of Student Accessibility

1. Login to https://3playmedia.com
2. At the top of the page, select Live Captioning
3. Select the blue Schedule Live Captions button
4. From the platform options, select Zoom.
5. In the "Show Zoom events scheduled by" text box, enter the email address of the Zoom meeting host.
   • Example: orientation@sacredheart.edu
6. For "What type of event are you trying to caption" select Meeting. 
7. Select the check box next to the meeting you would like to caption. 
8. Select the drop down to select the service type and when you would like the start time to begin. 
9. Select Next in the bottom left corner. 
10. Confirm your settings and select Schedule live captions.
11. If you need to make a change, you can use the previous step button.
