Cybersecurity Training Email Notification for Employees

Ways to Access the Training

Method 1: University Email

  1. Access your Sacred Heart University email. 
  2. Search for an email from Knowbe4 titled "You've been enrolled in training"
  3. Select the links within the emails to access the required course(s).

  1. Login to the MySHU portal using your Sacred Heart University e-mail and password.
  2. Under the Information Technology module, select Cybersecurity Training.

  1. Install the Knowbe4 Learner App from the Apple or Google Play store.
  2. Select Log in with link.
  3. Enter your Sacred Heart University email address
  4. You will then receive an email from Knowbe4 with a QR code or Login link to access the training materials.
