How to Remove Windows S Mode

Windows S Mode for Windows 10 and 11 is designed to increase security and performance. It does so by only allowing the computer to run apps from the Microsoft Store and requires Microsoft Edge for web browsing. However, this prevents the installation of many software and tools used by SHU. Windows S Mode can be easily removed. If a computer with Windows S Mode is signed into a Sacred Heart University account, the account must be removed before Windows S Mode can be turned off.
