How to access New Hire Cybersecurity Training

New Hire Cybersecurity training program applies to any newly hired SHU employee.  Employees will be automatically enrolled in the training and will need to complete the training within 4 weeks of enrollment.

Note: if you have credentials for KnowBe4 Platform from other institutions, please use an incognito browser.

How to Access New Hire Cybersecurity Training

  1. Once the employee has access to their new SHU email account, they will see a training enrollment notification.  If you did not receive the notification email, please contact the Factory for assistance.
  2. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)Go to myshu.sacredheart.edu, and access the MySHU portal.
  3. Navigate to Information Technology section, and click on Cybersecurity Training.
  4. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)You will be directed to the SHU KnowBe4 Cybersecurity Training Platform.  You should be automatically directed to the training page.  If you did not, click the Training tab on the top menu inside the platform.
