Outlook

1. Ensure the Outlook app is downloaded and updated on your iOS device (App Store)
2. Open the Outlook app on your iOS device
3. Select the menu button in the top-left
   
    
4. Select the Settings / gear icon in the bottom-left
5. Select Accounts
6. Select Add Account
7. Select Email Account
8. Enter your full SHU email address then select Add Account
   
    
9. Select Work or School account
   
    
10. Sign in with your full SHU email, password, and authenticator information
11. Select Accept on the Permissions Requested screen

Apple Mail

1. Ensure the Mail app is downloaded and updated on your iOS device (App Store)
2. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
3. Navigate to Apps -> Mail -> Mail Accounts
4. Select Add Account
5. Select Microsoft Exchange
6. Enter your full SHU email in Email and put a preferred description in Description then select Next
7. Select Sign In on the confirmation popup
   
    
8. Select Continue on the Mail sign in request for microsoftonline
9. Select Allow on the request to share Microsoft cookies and web data
10. Enter your SHU password, select Sign In, then select Authenticate
11. Select Accept on the Permissions Requested screen
12. Select Save to sync your contact, calendars, reminders, and notes
