The Admissions Division at Sacred Heart University has 20 general Zoom accounts to use for the various meetings hosted throughout the year. 

Procedure

1. Right click your Google Chrome icon and select New Incognito Window or open Chome and select the three dots in the upper right corner > New Incognito Window.
   
2. Once the incognito browser opens, navigate to sacredheart-edu.zooom.us
3. Sign in with username (example: SHUadmissions1@sacredheart.edu)
4. Enter password (contact admissions if you do not know the password)
5. Launch the new meeting by opening a scheduled meeting or using the personal room (this is based on how the meeting was setup). 

Security Features

To ensure the meeting is secure, confirm the below settings are enabled.

1. Select host tools from within the meeting
2. Uncheck the ability for participants to:
   • Screen share
   • Unmute themselves
   • Share whiteboards
   • Share notes
   • Collaborate with Zoom Apps
   • Set meeting timers
   • Request to record to computer
3. If you are confident no additional participants should be in the meeting, select host tools > lock meeting

Check Participant Roster

1. Set co-presenters as co-hosts by right-clicking on their name and select co-host as their meeting role. 
2. Remember to check the waiting room and admit prospective students after 7:30pm

Recording and AI Companion

1. At the start of your session, select Record to Cloud
2. If you would like AI generated meeting summaries, turn on AI Companion using the yellow AI companion button in the meeting settings.
