Issue Description

Dayforce is slow to sign in and load. It is affected by significant loading delays.

Environment

Dayforce web application for Sacred Heart University.

Resolution

1. Open the browser you use to access Dayforce.
2. Clear cache for All Time. Please reference this article and locate the browser of your preference (link).
3. Restart your browser.
4. Sign in to Dayforce.
5. The first time after clearing cache, the site might be a bit slow to load, as the new cache is saved to your device.
6. Subsequent access should now be quick.

Cause

Dayforce developers have identified a piece of cache that has caused latency issues. This piece will be removed November 8th, 2025, after which time users will no longer experience this particular issue.
