What is Cisco Jabber?

Cisco Jabber is a softphone application, allowing you to make and receive calls on your laptop.
Cisco Jabber uses your same phone number as your desk phone.

Using Jabber requires installing and running the RedSky Application in the background.

Before you begin:
You will need a Jabber profile created and linked to your existing SHU phone number and user account.
