Ticketmaster is a system that is used to manage the sale of electronic tickets for SHU entertainment and SHU athletic events.

Where and how do I access it?

Step 1: Visit our venue Account Manager site: https://am.ticketmaster.com/sacredheart/
Step 2: Select the sign in & then "sign up" at the top of the pop-up window. Enter your SHU email address to create an account. User will be prompted to create a password. This can be anything, as Ticketmaster is not SSO. 
Step 3: Go to My Events, select your event and tap on your seat location under the My Tickets area
Step 4: On mobile device, view your secure entry barcode (best practice is to add your tickets to your mobile device's wallet)

Note: After initial sign up, user should sign in with SHU email and the password they created when they first signed up. Use "Forgot Your Password" at the sign-in screen to reset password if needed.
