Microsoft Bookings allows users to create and manage appointment schedules. This includes specifying available time slots, duration of appointments, and other details related to the services offered. Faculty and staff can set up a personalized and customizable booking page where members of the community can view availability and book appointments online. The booking page can be easily shared through a link or embedded in an e-mail signature. Great opportunity to streamline office hours!

Who is eligible?

Microsoft Bookings is available to full time faculty and staff with a specific Microsoft 365 license assigned to their University e-mail. 

Where and how do I access it?

Microsoft Bookings can be accessed by selecting the application from the Microsoft 365 application list found at https://portal.office.com. To login, please use your Sacred Heart University e-mail and password.
