Microsoft Outlook General Information

Description

Microsoft Outlook is an email client that allows you to send, receive, and manage emails. It is part of the Microsoft Office suite of productivity tools and is available to the Sacred Heart University community. Microsoft Outlook offers a range of features including email organization, email filtering, email signatures, email templates, calendar integrations, and more. 

Note: while updates to user accounts are immediately available from Web Outlook, the Outlook client Global Address List can take 24-48 hours to update.

Who is eligible?

Microsoft Outlook is available to all members of the Sacred Heart University community. 

Where and how do I access it?

Microsoft Outlook can be accessed by installing the application from the app catalog or selecting the application from the Microsoft 365 application list found at https://portal.office.com. To log in, please use your Sacred Heart University e-mail and password.
