Digital Signage General Information

Description

Digital Signage is used to display announcements, upcoming events, and other important information for students, faculty, and staff. The signage around campus is meant to promote University events as determined by the Division of Marketing and Communications. This includes event posters, and the scrolling ticker at the bottom of the monitors. Monitors will only be used for streaming large-scale University events. 

How to Access

Who is eligible?

All members of the Sacred Heart University community can submit a signage request to display content on University devices on campus. 

Where and how do I access it?

Due to the large volume of events taking place on campus, all requests must go through the Division of Marketing and Communications. A Digital Signage Submission Form will need to be submitted. If approval is granted, users will see their content on the dates requested play on the monitors around campus.
