Mail Services General Information

Description

Mail services include collecting and processing incoming mail, including letters, packages, and parcels, from various postal carriers and ensuring their proper sorting and distribution to the appropriate recipients or departments on campus. In addition, mail services assist faculty, staff, and students in preparing and sending outgoing mail. This includes providing postage services, offering guidance on mailing options and requirements, and ensuring proper packaging and addressing of items. All items that enter the university are scanned into the Qtrak application. Items are routed when they are received and then scanned out of the system when they are delivered. Both the Park Ave Campus and West Campus SHUPAD locations have UPS drop boxes for the community to place outgoing parcels in.
