The steps below will assit you with submitting your photo for review. You will receive an email when your photo has been approved. Once approved, you can go to the Campus Concierge and have your SHU Card printed.

Procedure

1. Click here to go to your MySHU Portal.
2. Click on MySHU Login. 
3. Enter your full Sacred Heart email address then password.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look under the My Account section.
5. Click on the link that says SHU Card Deposits.
6. Press Sign In.
7. At the top menu, click on Profile.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit a photo.

Photo Requirements

To assist with your photo being reviewed for your first submission, please review the following requirements. 

• Should be cropped slightly above head to middle of chest
• Should be taken against a plain, light background
• Must be a color photo
• Must not include sunglasses or hat
• Must be positioned directly facing the camera
• Eyes should be opened and looking at the camera
