Universal Capture: Personal is installed to all University owned devices including podium computers and employee laptops. If you are unsure which version of Universal Capture: Personal to install, please contact the IT Help Desk for guidance. 

Procedure

1. Navigate to https://echo360.org/downloads​
2. Enter your Sacred Heart e-mail and address. 
3. Enter your Sacred Heart e-mail and password. 
4. Under Universal Capture: Personal, select the download file for your device, mac or windows. 
   • Mac Download (Intel) is for devices with an intel processor. 
   • Mac Download (Apple Silicon) is for devices with the newer apple processor. 
   • Windows Download is for all windows devices. 
5. Continue through the installation guide by selecting Next on the default settings.
