There are some circumstances where the daily automated process will not update Class Of and manual assignments will need to be made. These students can be identified using the Student Cohort Integrity Check report in Reporting Services. These situations warrent updating Class Of manually:

Class Of Assignments 

• Class Of will not be automatically assigned if no Cohort is assigned. Student Life staff should contact the Registrar to add Cohort and Class Of
• Class of will not be automatically assigned if there is a Cohort and it is for a past semester. Class Of must be assigned manually by Student Life staff
• Class Of will not be automatically assigned for students with an admit type of PTF (currently not indicated on the Student Cohort Integrity report):
  • If there is a Cohort assigned, Student Life staff should update the Class Of manually
  • If there is no Cohort assigned, Student Life staff should contact the registrar to add Cohort and Class Of
