Roker allows students, staff, and faculty to easily apply for parking permits through the online system. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the Roker platform, select the correct permit type, and complete the application process.

The following article is a guide on how to access, register your vehicle, and apply for a permit on the Roker Parking system.

Student, Faculty, & Staff Permit Applications
- Access the Sacred Heart University Roker Home Page found here: https://sacredheart.rokerplus.com/
- Click on the "User Login" button at the top right of the screen.
- On the Visitor Login page, click on "Student/Employee/Staff." Do not use the Username and Password field.
- A Sacred Heart login page will open asking you to sign in and enter your SHU email and password.
- Note; if you already signed in with Microsoft, you may not see this page.
- Select your Parking.
- Enter "Sacred Heart" in the Find Your Parking field, and the correct permits or locations will show. You may see both permit types and locations, but only one needs to be selected.
- Continue through the permit application process by clicking on "Add Vehicle."
- Enter your vehicle information, be sure to not enter any dashes or hyphens for the license plate number.
- If there are any errors on the screen, you can click on a section to open up the Editing window.
- Once complete with the application, verify permit details and fees, see below for an example.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for the Roker Parking system.
- Click on "Submit"
- Once you click on Submit, your permit is now ACTIVE.
