How to Edit and Update Caption Transcripts in EchoVideo

Captions are automatically generated in EchoVideo but edits can be made to the transcript to improve accuracy.

1. Log into echo360 using your Sacred Heart University e-mail and password.
2. From the main menu, click Courses
3.  Find the course containing the sections with the captures you want to edit the transcript for 
4. Expand the course to show the sections
5. Find the completed capture you want to edit transcripts and click on it to open Media Detail's view  
6. Find and click on Edit Transcript  
7. Select either Apply to CC to add the transcript as closed captioning or click on Edit Transcript to edit the transcript text on the top right corner.  
8. Click Save As New Version
