Additional Features
Once your select the student from the list, you will see a few additional features.
- In the top left corner, you will see a notes button. This allows you to add any notes about the student. For example, maybe you will document where the student sits in class to help you remember their name, or maybe they gave you a pronunciation of their name you would like to document. These notes are private to the instructor. If you have this student in another section, you will be able to see the notes you have saved.
- In the bottom left corner, you will see the name of the student as well as their course access. If the student has not yet accessed the course, that will be noted. The system will also tell you how many days have gone by since the student last accessed the course.
- In the bottom right corner, you have two icons. The mail icon allows you to contact the student via email. The signal icon next to the mail icon provides a Google translate and pronunciation of the student's name if you are not sure how to pronounce it.
