How to Forward Incoming Calls

  1. Press the Forward all button, which is typically the third button as shown below

  2. Enter the phone number that you want to forward to
    • To forward to a SHU extension, enter the phone number or the just the 4-digit extension
    • To forward to a number outside of the university, enter 91 then the full phone number
  3. To stop forwarding press the Forward off button which is usually the same button from step 1

How to Transfer a Current Call

  1. While in a call, press the Transfer button
  2. Enter the phone number that you want to transfer to
    • To forward to a SHU extension, enter the phone number or the just the 4-digit extension
    • To forward to a number outside of the university, enter 91 then the full phone number
  3. The transfer will begin and the phone number will be called as soon as it is fully entered
  4. Press Transfer to remove yourself from the call and complete the transfer
