​​​eValue is a cloud based software solution that ensures institutional oversight of clinical education programs and simplifies program administration for the College of Nursing.

Tips for Logging into eValue

• Preferred browser is Chrome, but can be accessed using any browser except IE. If using a Mac, Safari is best. 
• How to access
  • SHU students, faculty and staff
    • Single Sign On setup -  Credentials are SHU sign on credentials​​ - Should never reset password in eValue, but even if they did, their SSO account should still work
    • https://www.e-value.net/?s=shu
  • For external users (Preceptors)
    • Credentials assigned by eValue and emailed to preceptors on behalf of CON
    • https://www.e-value.net/index.cfm (Note this is a different link from the students link)
  • For users who have dual roles (Preceptor AND faculty)
    • Will have two accounts, one external account as a Preceptor and a SSO account for SHU
    • Should use their SSO account to sign into eValue
• If trouble signing in, try the following:
  • Start a new browsing session and type in url directly in address bar (do not use a previously created bookmark)
  • If that does not work, have user Clear Cache and Cookies, close the browser and try again

Tips for eValue System Issues (After Successful Log In)

• ​​For all other issues please tell students to reach out to their professor, faculty advisor, course coordinator, or program director in the College of Nursing (DHCON).​
