Overview

Lucidchart is a cloud-based visual collaboration and diagramming application used to create, organize, and share diagrams and visual representations of information. It supports flowcharts, process maps, organizational charts, system and network diagrams, and other visual models, while enabling teams to collaborate and communicate complex ideas and processes.

How to Access

Who is eligible?

All full-time IT employees have read access to charts. Employees must obtain a license to use the software to create charts. Visit Special License Requests for more details on how to acquire this type of license.

How do I access it?

How to Sign In

Follow these steps to sign in:

1. Go to https://lucid.app/

2. Click on SSO

3. Enter in sacredheart.edu into the text box and click log in

4. Finish logging in using the university SSO

How to View Teams

1. On the sidebar you can see an All teams button
   1. 
2. Once you click there, you will see all the available teams in our organization.
3. If you have access, you should be able to join teams or ask to join them.

4. From there you can pin your joined teams to your sidebar for ease of access.

5. Once you click on your team, you’ll be able to see the team hub, where you can explore your teams’ folders and charts.
