There is no delivered process to end access for proxy users once students either graduate or withdraw. The workaround provided by Ellucian is to request reauthorization for those proxy accounts. 

Get List of Proxy Users to Inactivate

1. Create a saved list of PERSON.IDs of recent graduates and withdrawn students
    
2. Go to PRXR (Proxy Report)
    
3. Enter the saved list of graduates and/or withdrawn students in the "Grantors Saved List" field, or enter Grantors (proxy users) names one by one. Format is PERSON IDs.

5. Click Save and Update to run the process.
    
5. The Proxy Access Report will provide an "Output Savedlist Name", note it as it will be used in the next step.

Request Reauthorization (End Proxy Access)

1. Go to RPXR (Request Proxy Reauthorization)
    
2. Set "Update Mode" = No (the first time to doublecheck results. Once report has been reviewed, rerun with Update Mode = Yes
    
3. Set "Send Reauthorization Emails" = No (if set to Yes, emails will be sent to students asking them to reauthorize the proxy users)
    
4. Set "Reauthorization Required By" to the current date (date cannot be in the past)
    
5. For the Saved List, enter the "Output Savedlist Name" noted in the previous step or enter individual students in the Grantor’s fields.
6. Click Save and Update to run the process.
7. The report will state which proxy access was removed

Note: VPXP will still show the Proxy as Active but once the reauthorization date has passed, the proxy will no longer be able to access student data.
