The Find My Counselor portal is a place where prospective students can go to find their respective admissions counselor and setup a virtual interview https://apply2.sacredheart.edu/portal/findmycounselor.
Counselor availability for virtual interviews is setup through the 'Availability' module under Events in Slate.
Opening the Availability module will bring up the list of Availability templates, all templates used to schedule virtual interviews for the Find My Counselor portal have been organized under the UG - Virtual Interview Schedules folder.
To update availability, click on the template associated with the relevant counselor.
Counselors should add their upcoming availability to the Special Availability section since virtual interviews are only conducted on specific days/times each month for counselors. In this section, entries that are highlighted in red are dates that have passed and can be deleted by clicking the delete icon. To add a new date/time select the + sign, enter the date and time range, then click the save button. Virtual interviews are setup to be a half hour long so adding a time range will show consecutive half hour appointments that prospects can schedule an interview for. For example, setting the time range from 2pm-4pm will create 4 availability slots for every half hour starting at 2pm and ending at 4pm.
Once the new entries have been saved, you should see them in the live preview calendar on the right hand side.
This update should then be reflected immediately on the Find My Counselor portal.
