AwardSpring can be accessed by visiting the following URL:
To sign in, select the “Sign In with You School Account” button and enter your Sacred Heart email address and password:
Dashboard
After signing in you will be taken to your home page:
You will see:
- Welcome message at the top, it says:
“Welcome, [Students Name]!”
“Stay tuned!”
“Applications are currently closed.”
This means the application portion of the system isn't currently accepting applications.
However, this doesn't necessarily mean you can't look at available scholarships. That's why the Scholarships page can still show opportunities with future deadlines.
- The large section on the right says:
“Thank you! Nothing left to complete”
This indicates there are currently no outstanding tasks for you in this dashboard.
In other words, the system isn't asking you to complete another form, questionnaire, or requirement right now.
Left-hand menu
On the left, you have:
- Dashboard — takes you to your main student dashboard.
- Scholarships — the section you can view the scholarship opportunities.
Scholarships
The Scholarships page is where you can browse available scholarship opportunities.
At the top is a search bar:
“Search scholarships by name, keyword, or sponsor”
The Filters button lets you narrow down the scholarship list based on eligibility or other criteria.
This is particularly useful because the page shows 258 open scholarships.
You can change how scholarships are displayed:
- Tiles — the card-style layout shown in the picture.
- Table — a more compact list that may make it easier to compare scholarships.
Each card provides basic information about a scholarship.
When you click View details, you should be able to see the scholarship's:
- Eligibility requirements
- Application requirements
- Award information
- Deadline
- Questions/documents you need to submit
- Application button, if applicable
