Who is eligible?

To access Raiser's edge, the user needs to be an active staff member within University Advancement.

Where and how do I access it?

Raiser's Edge can be accessed at this link: Raiser's Edge Blackbaud.

It requires the download of Citrix Workspace application which is installed on all staff laptops, but a new version can be acquired here: Citrix Workspace - Latest for Windows

To sign in, you would use full Sacred Heart University email and password.
