Description
Transact Integrated Payments (formerly CashNet) is a solution for tuition and fee payments as well as ad hoc payments for events and other charges.
The various products implemented are:
- ePayment managed by Student Accounts
- Student Account Online (merchant code SAO) - used by students and authorized payers for payment of tuition and fees
- eMarket managed by the Business Office
- Main Checkout (merchant code C01) - used by Student Life for Family Weekend Event Registration (Cvent) payments and Orientation Registration (Visual Zen) for guest payments
- IFT Gateway for Flywire (merchant code GW-FLYWIRE) - used for processing of payments with international funds for all products
- Main Storefront (merchant code SF1) - used university-wide for ad hoc payments of eMarket products
- Slate eMarket (merchant code SLATE) - used by Admissions to integrate application fees and deposit payments with Slate applicant admission portals
- Payment Plans managed by Student Accounts
- For payment plans requested by students for tuition and fees
How to Access
Who is eligible?
Anyone provided with a payment link, e.g. Student Accounts or an event ticket link, can make a payment.
Access to the admin portal must be approved, and the account configured with inquiry-only or admin access, by the Business Office.
Where and how do I access it?
Link to the site for faculty, staff, students, and vendors: Transact Payments, using their SHU username and password.
Link to the admin site for admins only: Transact Payments Admin. Access for users requiring admin access is configured by the Business Office and requires the use of a local account to sign in (single sign-on is not set up).
