Description

Individual technology training consultations are a one-on-one session with a member of the team to provide personalized guidance and support in using enterprise supported applications.  The session is facilitated via Microsoft Teams or in person based on the request of the client. The topics covered in technology training consultations vary depending on the goals of the client. Some common areas of focus include computer basics, lecture capture software, course development in the learning management system, remote conferencing software and more.

Who is eligible?

Any member of the Sacred Heart Community can schedule an appointment to go over enterprise supported technology applications such as Blackboard Ultra, Microsoft 365 applications, EchoVideo, Zoom, Qualtrics and more.
