- Navigate to the Zoom Workplace App download site at sacredheart-edu.zoom.us/download#client_4meeting.
- Select the download option as needed for your device.
- The installer will save to the downloads folder. Then you will double click it to install the Zoom application.
Zoom Login
After installing Zoom, you will need to use the following steps to log in with your SHU account. All members of Sacred Heart University with an active account and appropriate permissions assigned have a Zoom license for log in.
- Open Zoom Workplace.
- Select the SSO (key icon) sign in option.
- Enter sacredheart-edu in the Company domain field.
- Select Continue.
- A browser window will open. If you are not already signed in to your SHU account with your browser, sign in with your full SHU email, current password, and MFA information.
- If this is your first time using the service, Zoom will send an activation email to your SHU email. Click the activation button in the email to enable your Zoom license.
- Follow the dialog prompts in your browser to complete the log in process.
