- Go to FCTY
- Enter the Faculty name or ID in the Faculty Lookup prompt
How to Add Department Chair
- Make sure the department code associated with the person on this form is correct
- Click the drop down arrow in the Special Status field and choose DC
- Click on SAVE to save out of the form
- Click on UPDATE to confirm
How to Remove Department Chair
- Click on the Special Status field
- Press CTRL+ALT+D and the field should clear out
- Click on SAVE to save out of the form
- Click on UPDATE to confirm
Wait four hours before running the "Department Chairs Coded in Colleague" report in Reporting Services to confirm you have properly updated the department chairs for every academic department.
