Raiser's Edge Database View is hosted by Blackbaud. New since October 2021, access has been consolidated throught the single sign on site, at Blackbaud.com. One account is used to access both Raiser's Edge NXT and the database view
- Go to Blackbaud.com and log in with your SHU email address
- Accounts with the domain @sacredheart.edu will be redirected to the SHU network portal for our single sign
- At the login prompt, type your network username and password.
- You will be redirected and logged into blackbaud.com.
- At the menu on the upper left corner of the screen (3 horizontal lines - "the hamburger"), click to choose Raiser's Edge NXT
- To access the Database View, click on the stack of disks to the immediate left of your profile icon, upper right corner of the screen, and click on the Database view. Choose the production environment.
- Users with the @mail.sacredheart.email will still be required to maintain their own Blackbaud password until SSO is implemented. In this case your password does not match your network password unless you choose to set it as the same.
Note: SHU passwords expire every 180 days; you will need to manually reset your Blackbaud password to keep it in sync witwhen your SHU password changes.
5. Once logged in to the database view, double click The Raisers Edge - 796 icon to access Raiser's Edge.
