Reporting and Removing on Latest Outlook Desktop and Web Client

Reporting and removing is super easy now with the Phish Alert Button in Outlook.  Here is how to use the Phish Alert Button on the latest Outlook App on both Desktop and Web:

  1. Click on the email, you want to report and remove.  The Phish Alert Button appears in the ‘Ribbon Pane’.  Click on the Phish Alert Button
  2. You will see side menu open to confirm.  Click the ‘Phish Alert’ button as shown below and the system will report and remove the email.

 

Reporting and Removing on Legacy Outlook Desktop Client

Here is how to use the Phish Alert Button on your desktop laptop Outlook App:

  1. Click on the email, you want to report and remove.  The Phish Alert Button appears in the ‘Ribbon Pane’.  Click on the Phish Alert Button
  2. You will see side menu open to confirm.  Click the ‘Phish Alert’ button as shown below and the system will report and remove the email.

 

Reporting and Removing on Mobile Outlook App

The steps are just about the same when using the mobile app.  On the Outlook Mobile App:

  1. On the outlook mobile app, open the email, and look for the three-dot menu option that looks like ‘…’
  2. In the menu option, click on the Phish Alert Button.
  3. Click the ‘Phish Alert’ button as shown below and the system will report and remove the email.

And that’s it.  Quick button press allows you to report and remove the emails in a matter of seconds!
