Colleague General Information

Description

​Colleague is used for our student and financial information.  There are many modules within Colleague including (but not limited to) Academic Records, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budget, Campus Organizations, Cashiers, General Ledger, Grades, Graduation, Purchasing, and Registration.  The vendor who developed Colleague is Ellucian (formerly known as Datatel).  

How to Access

Who is eligible?

To gain access, complete this request form Login Account Request Form. A signed FERPA form must be completed and on file before access is granted.

Where and how do I access it?

Colleague is access through the Secure Desk website. To sign in, you will need to use your full SHU email address and password. You may additionally need to perform an MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) login.
