Creative Cloud is a suite of software including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and others. It may be used for content creation, business and academic use, as well as document handling.

Who is eligible?

As a Sacred Heart Student, you will have access to Adobe Express Premium, Adobe Firefly AI features, and Adobe applications in campus computer labs.

To gain access to the Creative Cloud, the user would need to have a reasonable need to use the software and will need the approval of their department for an individual license subscription, this includes any type of Creative Cloud package. Once the department approval is gained, a request can be made to IT Procurement to begin the subscription. Note: all subscriptions follow the university fiscal year for renewal (7/1 - 6/30).

Once the user has an active subscription, they will be able to sign in at adobe.com and download Creative Cloud as well as the applications included in their subscription. Note: this Adobe account is not affiliated with Sacred Heart University and is a personal account which cannot be managed by the university IT department.
