Students and faculty are able to update a photo that will display on Blackboard. The picture will appear next to any course activity,  including discussion boards, assessments, and the grade book. 

Procedure

1. On the left side of the MySHU Portal click the link for your name, which should be directly below the Institution Page link​.
2. To upload a profile photo, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the round profile photo at the top of the page. 
3. In the Change Profile Picture panel, click the Upload New Profile Picture button
4. Select the photo you would like to use and click Open.
5. Click the red X on the Change Profile Picture panel to return to your profile page ​
