Your activation email would be sent to the personal email address you provided Sacred Heart University when applying to the university. If you did not receive the activation email, follow the instructions below.
Verify your email information
- Verify that you're checking the correct personal email address.
- Verify that you entered the email address correctly in the application.
- Check your spam/junk folder (search for an email from no-reply@sacredheart.edu).
- Check your deleted folder (search for an email from no-reply@sacredheart.edu).
Manually activate on the MySHU portal
- Go to MySHU portal by going to myshu.sacredheart.edu.
- Click on the "Reset Password or Unlock Account" button.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your multi-factor authentication.
- Set your password and sign in.
