A Zoom user can download personal cloud recordings to be stored locally on a computer.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Login to Zoom at https://sacredheart-edu.zoom.us
2. On the left hand side, select Recordings & Transcripts.
3. On the Cloud Recordings tab, a list of your recordings will appear.
4. To the right of the recording you would like to save, click More (three dots) and then select Download (n files).
5. The recording will then save to the Downloads folder on your computer. Depending on your web browser, you may be prompted to select a location.
6. You can then move it to a different folder location on your computer or upload it to OneDrive (https://portal.office.com > OneDrive) for safe keeping.
