How to Access

Who is eligible?

Current and post-completion international students use ISSS portal.

Where and how do I access it?

International Students Website URL: https://issportal.sacredheart.edu/

Post-Completion International Students (Currently on OPT or STEM OPT):

Website URL: https://issportal.sacredheart.edu/

•     All post-completion students have been invited into the ISS Portal by way of email
  •     Invitation email is sent from OIIS@sacredheart.edu containing a link (valid for 14 days) specifically for them to access their profile in the ISS Portal
  •     If student cannot locate the email or the link has expired, students need to email OIIS@sacredheart.edu
•     Click on the link in the email
  • Students who completed Late SP 2023 on, should enter SHU Email Address to access the system
  • Students who completed prior to Late SP 2023 should enter their personal email address to access the system
•     Follow the prompts on the page to create a password. Once a new password has been successfully created, select "Log in with Portal Account" on the right.
