How to Request a Login Account in Raisers Edge

If you need operational access to the software application Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or another Blackbaud product used by University Advancement, please follow these steps in order to request a Raiser's Edge account:

  1. Fill out the Raiser's Edge account creation form and attach a signed ​FERPA Confidentiality Statement if one is not on file already.
  2.  Approval from University Advancement Data Steward is needed.  Once approved, a request will be sent to Admin IT for processing (1-2 weeks).
  3.  Once the login account is set up, a notification email for activation will be sent to the requestor
  4. Subject-area specific training in Blackbaud's suite of applications can be scheduled with University Advancement's subject-area department.
