How to Troubleshoot Login Issues with MOPS

If you are experiencing trouble logging into our MOPS (Archibus) systems, please go through the following checks for resolution:

Troubleshooting Login Issues with MOPS

  1. The MOPS system works with Chrome, Edge, or Firefox

  2. If a bookmarked favorite link is not working, it is most likely pointing to an old version of MOPS, delete the link:

    • In Chrome click on the 3 dots in the upper right of the screen and select Bookmarks and Lists. Hover over it and your complete list of bookmarks will appear. Find the one for MOPS, right click and select Delete to remove the bookmark.

  3. If you don't remember the URL for MOPS:

    • Login into mySHU and find the link named MOPS Request
  4. ​​If you are not automatically logged into MOPS, try entering your network user ID and password. If you cannot log in using just your network user ID, try your user ID with @sacredheart.edu or SACREDHEART\your user ID to log in. 

    • Users will be prompted to log in if they are attempting to access the MOPS site from outside of the SHU network.
