How to Request Access to Additional Colleague Tables in Heliocampus

The following steps should be taken if IRADS and Heliocampus determine that additional Colleague tables need to be added to the integration between the two systems:

  1. Identify the Colleague table names (you might need to consult with your Level 2 Admin IT Sr System Analyst to confirm the table exists first)
  2. Submit the request through our Admin IT Request Form
    • Make sure you include the raw Colleague table name(s) along with an estimated due date.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for build and processing.
  3. The request will go into queue and you will be notified when it has been added.
