Microsoft Copilot Enterprise license can be purchased by a department on per individual bases, to grant the user access to the AI tool Copilot itself as well as its integration within other Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and others. Microsoft Copilot Enterprise is the only AI tool provided by the university that is suitable for use with sensitive data due to the data being processed and stored within the isolated university environment.

How to Access

Who is eligible?

Staff and faculty with a license approved and purchased by the department can access Copilot Enterprise. Any active university user with a network account can use the Copilot chat.

Where and how do I access it?

To access Microsoft Copilot Enterprise, an active staff or faculty will need to receive a license. Currently, the cost for an individual Copilot Enterprise license is $360/year. The department will need to pay this cost using their account billing number. To request a license, please fill out the Copilot Enterprise request form.

Once the license is available, a staff or faculty can use their university network account to access the various Copilot tools.
