Welcome to Campus Groups! Your new home for student organization management and engagement. The following document will outline the common activities you may wish to perform while working with the platform.
Campus Groups can be accessed by visiting the following URL:
To sign in, select the SSO Login button and enter your Sacred Heart email address and password:

After signing in you will be taken to your Campus Groups home page:

The following section will outline the common activities members may perform in Campus Groups.
To join a group, perform the following steps:
- Select the Groups icon at the top of the screen
- Search for a specific group name or select the +All Groups button to view all of the available groups.

- If you are accessing the group’s page directly you can join the group by using the Join Group button located on the righ-hand side of the groups page.

Or, in the all groups page, you can quickly join an available group by selecting the checkbox in the Join column (1) then selecting the Join button at the bottom of your screen (2).

To leave a group, perform the following steps:
- From the dashboard of the group you wish to leave, select the three dots icon to open the additional options menu (1). Then select the Leave Group button (2).

- Then select OK in the prompt to confirm.

To register for an event, perform the following steps:
- Select the Events icon at the top of the screen to navigate to the Events page. This page will display all of the upcoming events.

- Find the event you wish to attend and select the Register button to view the event's registration page.


- Scroll down on the page until you reach the Registration section. Select the RSVP options that you prefer then select the Register button. A confirmation page will appear once you’ve successfully registered.


To deregister for an event, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the event you wish to deregister from. You may use the “Cancel my Registration” option in the prompt if available. Otherwise, select the Cancel button then select OK to confirm your cancellation.

Here are some additional settings in Campus Groups you may find helpful.

- Feed - A personal news feed providing you with the latest information from the organizations you’re following

- Directory – Search, view profiles, and connect with other SHU members in Campus Groups.

- My Schedule – Provides a calendar view of events you’ve registered for or view all the events being put on by the organization(s) you’re following

- My Checklists, My Involvement – Keep track of your personal club goals or activities, how much you’ve done and how far you’ve progressed in any curriculum tracks.

- Account – View/edit your profile, update your privacy settings.
