Description
The Sacred Heart University laptop program focuses on providing laptops devices for employees to support their teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities. The laptop program includes dedicated technical support to assist with software installations, troubleshooting, security measures and general IT-related issues. Prompt technical support ensures employees can focus on core responsibilities without interruption. The laptop program is currently on a 4-year refresh cycle. Returned devices are repurposed for adjunct faculty members and other computing initiatives.
How to Access
Who is eligible?
Active full-time staff and faculty are eligible for the 4-year laptop program. Faculty seeking a model above base offering, will need to seek department approval.
Adjuncts are eligible for the Adjunct laptop program that depends on department approval.
Where and how do I access it?

Currently, an eligible employee can sign in into the site above with their SHU username and password. The site will automatically route them to full-time or adjunct page as it applies. Employee may then request/pick a new device during refresh period. Full-time employees will be able to select peripherals such as mice, keyboards, monitors, and docking stations as well.
