Description

The Sacred Heart University laptop program focuses on providing laptops devices for employees to support their teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities. The laptop program includes dedicated technical support to assist with software installations, troubleshooting, security measures and general IT-related issues. Prompt technical support ensures employees can focus on core responsibilities without interruption. The laptop program is currently on a 4-year refresh cycle. Returned devices are re-purposed for adjunct faculty members and other computing initiatives.
