Cisco Jabber is Sacred Heart University's soft-phone solution that allows you to use your desk phone and voice-mail from a computer or mobile device.

How to Access
Who is eligible?
Staff and faculty with a physical Cisco desk phone at the university.
A user profile will need to be created for you to access Jabber.
Please create a Jabber Request ticket with the PioTech Center, and the Telecom department will assist with installation and testing.
