Cisco Jabber is Sacred Heart University's soft-phone solution that allows you to use your desk phone and voice-mail from a computer or mobile device.

How to Access
Who is eligible?
Staff and faculty with a physical Cisco desk phone at the university.
A user profile must be created to use Cisco Jabber.
Please use the Jabber Service Request Form, to have a profile created for you, and assigned to your phone number.
