Multi-Factor Authentication

Description

Multifactor authentication (MFA) is a security mechanism that requires users to provide two or more forms of authentication to access a system, application, or service. MFA is designed to increase security by requiring additional proof of identity beyond just a username and password, making it more difficult for unauthorized users to gain access. The University currently supports Microsoft Authenticator for its multi-factor authentication services.
